(The foundations class is for all levels and focuses on foundational elements of the yoga practise. Rather than following a specific style, this class follows the essence of yoga - learning how to be present, to increase the body's own intelligence and to move and breathe freely in a playful and creative way. The idea being that the complexity of the practise is within yourself, rather than the shapes themselves.)

Private Sessions
I'm happy to offer private session in your home and private group sessions for friends or events.
The benefit of private sessions include the ability to slow things down and spend time on your individual needs in a setting you feel comfortable in.
I can offer a 20% discount on our first session together as we explore the best plan for you and whether you'd like to continue working together!

Yoni Shakti Women's Circles
Come and gather in circle to take a deep dive into the divine feminine and learn about our cyclical wisdom with therapeutic movement, sharing, stories & deep rest.

In these Yoni Shakti women's circles, we explore ourselves as cyclical beings, using the outer and inner seasons as our guide. It is our intention to connect more deeply with our cycles: Our menstrual cycles (if we have them), our life cycle, the yearly seasonal cycle, the moon cycle, everything which ebbs and flows, waxes and wanes and speaks to our experience as women who do the same. As well as taking a practical approach using therapeutic yoga techniques, we also look to the Mahavidyas, the ten tantric goddesses, to guide us and illuminate the path to self-knowledge.

In these two nourishing hours, we’ll enjoy some gentle movement to honour wherever you are at, rest in yoga nidra, learn about our inner seasons and inner power and how we might shift our practises to align with our cyclical nature.

From menarche to menopause and beyond, this women’s circle is open to women of all ages and yoga experience levels. The movement we will be doing is very gentle and doesn’t require any previous knowledge of yoga to attend.

ABOUT

I'm a yoga teacher based in Faversham, currently teaching in Faversham, Whitstable & the local area.

Working as a Forest School Leader and running Nature Connection workshops for adults, my love of yoga and the natural world is inextricably linked and my classes aim to reconnect my students with the deep and intuitive knowledge of their own roots and bodies. My belief is that finding your own connection with the earth leads to greater stability, balance and well-being.
​
I invite students of all abilities to join my classes which are grounded in intuitive movement, balance and finding freedom in our bodies both on and off the mat. Inspired by the teaching of Vanda Scaravelli and our relationship to gravity and nature, my aim is for students to leave class with a greater sense of bodily awareness, clarity and ease.

As well as completing my 200 hour training at Tripspace with Amanda Walker & Roberto Rubalcava, I've studied with Erich Schiffman at the Feathered Pipe Ranch & completed my Yoni Shakti Women's Yoga Therapy Training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Sivana Mata, and my Restorative Yoga training with Judith Hanson Lasater. All of whom I very much consider my teachers and influences on my offerings.
